  • Can you deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?

Shipment to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers is only available for small items that with a combined total do not equal more than 20kgs and is only 1 carton.  Any orders over 20kgs or an order that will be shipped with multiple cartons requires a street address for delivery as these will be delivered by a courier.  We also recommend that you give us your phone number as well.

  • What is the best address for delivery?

As the courier will arrive during business hours we recommend that you give us your work address or a friends business address.  From our experience this eliminates failed deliveries, reduces the shipping cost and you will end up getting your delivery sooner.  If you have no alternative we can deliver to your domestic/home address. 

  • Do I need to sign for delivery?

YES.  We deliver using tracked couriers and they will require a signature unless you fill out an ATL (Authority To Leave) form and put it on your front door.  This will give the driver authority to leave the goods on your doorstep and it will also make you liable for any loss of parcels that disappear from your specified ATL area.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments in the following forms: Visa, Mastercard or Bank Deposit

Please note WE DO NOT ACCEPT AMERICAN EXPRESS or PAYPAL

  • How long does it take to process my order?

Once you place an order if you pay be credit card then it will be processed and dispatched within 1 business days.  If payment is made by bank deposit then the order will not be processed or dispatched until the funds have cleared in our bank account.  This usually will add 1 additional business day onto the delivery time.

  • What are you bank details so I can pay via a bank deposit?

  • Can I track my delivery?

In 99% of cases we will send the delivery using a tracked service.  After your order is placed we can provide you with the tracking details.

  • How can I order Out of Stock items?

If you see an item that is currently out of stock and you would like to purchase, please send us and email at and we can advise you when the product will be back in stock and we can make a back order for you so you can be notified when it is in.

  • Can I pick up my products from your store?

Yes you can, we have one retail store where you can pick up or purchase any of the items that are on our website.  The address is:

Monday to Friday  9:3am – 6pm

Saturday  10am – 6pm

Sunday – Closed

 If you would like the order picked before you arrive you will need to process the order online and we need to receive payment at least 24 hours before collection.

 

  • Free Shipping Exclusions:

We offer free shipping for orders over $200.00 to Capital Cities.  However there are a number of products that we cannot offer free shipping for, these include:

-          Full Sacks of Grain or Dextrose

-          Grand Deluxe Fridges

-          Fresh Wort Kits

-          50L kegs

-         Conical Fermenters over 100L

-          60L Plastic Fermenters 

-          19L PET Fermenters

If you try to add any of these items to a cart with other items then you will get an error message advising that you will need to add this item to another cart for purchase.
